These are the terms you agree to when you order from VOIDIX. Placing an order means you have read and accepted them. If you do not accept them, do not place an order — that is the only thing we ask.
They are written to be understood rather than to sound impressive. Where consumer law where you live gives you a right that cannot be signed away, that law wins over anything on this page.
A licence to use VOIDIX software for the period and on the number of devices stated on the product you bought, or a digital good listed as such. The licence is what is for sale. You are not buying the software itself, ownership of anything, a subscription that renews on its own, or any promise about a game, service or account that belongs to somebody else.
What each product includes is written on its own page. That description is the specification — if something is not listed there, it is not part of what you bought.
You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and the money must be yours to spend. If either is not true, do not order.
There is no card checkout here and this site never sees a card number. Placing an order records what you asked for at the price shown and gives you an order reference. Payment is settled by hand on our Discord, against that reference.
Nothing is charged when you place an order. An order that is never settled is simply cancelled: nothing is issued, nothing is owed, and you do not have to tell us.
Keys are issued once a human has confirmed your payment, not automatically the moment money moves. They then appear on your order page and are emailed to the address on the order if you gave one.
If you did not give an email address, the reference shown on screen is your only copy. Keep it.
Up until payment is confirmed, you can cancel any order for any reason at no cost. Ask on Discord and quote your reference. Nothing has been charged and nothing has been issued, so there is nothing to argue about.
A key cannot be un-issued. The moment it exists it can be activated, and we have no way of knowing whether it has been or of taking it back. So once a key has gone out, the sale is final.
The one exception: if the product does not work and we cannot make it work, you get your money back for the part you could not use. Tell us on Discord, give us a fair chance to fix it, and if we cannot, we refund. That is a real promise and we keep it.
You are using software a game's operator does not permit. Being detected, banned, suspended, hardware-banned, or losing an account, a purchase, a rank or progress is the risk you are buying around. It is not a fault in the product, and it is not refunded, replaced or credited.
This goes double if you were cheating blatantly. Playing in a way that is obvious to anyone watching — inhuman aim, tracking people through walls, snapping across the map, running everything at maximum in public lobbies, or streaming and recording yourself doing it — is the fastest way to get caught, and it burns the build for every other customer using it, not only for you. A ban earned that way gets no refund, no replacement and no credit, and we may decline to sell to you again.
Turn it down, use it in private, and do not advertise it. Every product page that says Undetected means not known to be detected at the time you are reading this. It is a status, not a guarantee, and it can change without warning.
Anti-cheat systems update, sometimes without notice. A product can stop working, be marked detected, or be pulled from sale at any time, and it can stay that way for days. When that happens we stop selling it and say so on its page.
Time lost to a detection window is not automatically refunded, and a licence keeps counting down while it is unavailable. Where an outage is long and it is our product at fault, we will usually extend your licence by the time you lost — ask on Discord. That is goodwill, not an entitlement, and it does not apply to time you lost because your own account was banned.
One key belongs to one customer. Keys are bound to your hardware and to the device limit shown on the product, and asking for a device reset because you changed a machine is fine — just ask.
The licence ends immediately, with no refund, if you:
We can revoke a key that is being used this way, and we log enough to tell the difference between a customer on a new PC and a key doing the rounds.
Reversing a payment after keys have been issued takes back money for goods that have already been delivered and cannot be recovered. If that happens we revoke every key on the order immediately and stop serving you.
If something is wrong, come and say so first. We answer, and the refund rule in clause 5 is real — a dispute gets you less than asking does.
Support is on our Discord. Bring your order reference; it is how we find what you bought. There is no phone line, no ticket portal and no promised response time, but somebody reads it.
We can change prices, listings and these terms whenever we need to. The version that applies to your order is the one published here on the day you placed it, and the date at the top of this page says which that is. Changes are never applied backwards to orders already placed.
Everything sold here is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you actually paid for that order, and we are not liable for lost accounts, lost progress, lost purchases, lost time or anything else that follows from using the software.
Nothing in this clause tries to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Everything reaches us through our Discord. Open a ticket, quote your reference, and be straight with us — it works better than it has any right to.
